Privacy Policy

Headcount collects the name, email, phone, and optional party details you enter when you register for an event. We use that information to run the event: confirmation and reminder email, RSVP, door check-in, and badge printing.

We store registrations in our database and send mail through our email provider. We do not sell this list. Campaign mail includes an unsubscribe link; transactional mail (confirmation, acceptance) is sent so the event can actually happen.

Staff who run the door can see the roster for that event. To correct or delete your information, email events@westegg.events.
