A weekend AI build sprint for ages 9–16. Bring an idea you actually care about, build it with AI alongside founder-mentors, and put it live on the internet by Sunday.
Build Weekend runs Saturday morning through Sunday evening — an idea workshop, long build blocks with founder-mentors floating, and workshops on shipping and debugging. It ends with a live showcase, finals on stage, and awards. The same weekend runs at Alpha School campuses across the US, three weeks after Founders Weekend.
Free for accepted participants. 30 spots, ages 9–16. There is no overnight component — parents handle all transport, and hard wrap times are published in advance.
Applying takes two minutes: name, email, and one short paragraph on why you — or your child — is a good fit for the weekend. Spots are limited, so we review every application and confirm by email.
